The Queensland Parliament this week voted to support an ethanol mandate on the state’s fuel. The motion called for an implementation board to consult stakeholders, determine preferred ethanol levels for fuel and work out time frames for introduction of mandated ethanol levels.

“It’s a positive to see Labor’s commitment to this mandate and is a positive for our project and we will be watching this space closely,” Mr Cox said.
