In addition Platinum members get 12 votes at the AGM or Extraordinary General Meetings. So if you can afford 15 k for membership you will be empowered with 6 times the voting power of entry level members. Why? Purely because of the cash contribution that is made. Is that democratic??? I don’t think so. It is more reflective of a cowboy state . Very few can either control or heavily influence outcomes at official meetings and can also effect who is elected to the board. Totaly undemocratic !!!!!
