Number of performances presented at the Civic Theatre
144 performances presented 75,000 people attend performances Monthly Tracking 9% behind target for December 2013 due to the short month. By early in 2014 performance will be back on track.Tracking 16% behind target for December 2013 due to short month and lower sales to some shows. Going forward the Theatre will be on track by the end of the Choral Society season.

A number of areas for improvement were identified in the survey and will be rolled out as resourcing permits.
